Barbara Ann Barnett-Taylor, 71, Remembered for Love of Family and Simple Pleasures

Barbara Ann Barnett-Taylor, 71, of Burlington, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2025. Born on May 8, 1953, to Clifton and Rissie Barnett, Barbara's life was filled with love, laughter, and a deep commitment to her family.

Barbara found joy in simple pleasures like crocheting, listening to country music, and attending live country concerts, as well as connecting with loved ones on Facebook. Most of all, her heart was happiest when surrounded by family, highlighting her unwavering devotion to those she loved.

Preceded in death by her parents and siblings Tommy, Earl, and Earlene, Barbara is survived by her husband, William D. Taylor, children Kellie King, Trenton, Mandy Rose, Billy, William, and Lisa Hansen, siblings Margie, Jimmy, Teresa Holt, and Vicki Barnett, 17 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.

A visitation and funeral service will be held on April 29, 2025, at Serenity Funeral Care in Covington, KY, with burial at Highland Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky. Barbara's memory will be kept alive in the hearts of her family and friends. To honor her, a memorial tree can be planted in her name.
