The forthcoming Board of Commissioners Legislative Meeting is scheduled for April 22, 2025. The agenda, which was made available on April 17, 2025, includes various items for discussion and review by the board members.
A series of files have been attached to the agenda, which members and the public can review prior to the meeting. These include the legislative agenda itself, as well as minutes from recent meetings held on April 8 and April 15, 2025. Additionally, draft orders and ordinances for consideration at the session are included.
Several ordinances are set to be discussed. One of the key ordinances is "ORDINANCE - CH 37.03 Open Records Amendment." Others involve amendments to Chapter 73 and Chapter 94, concerning parks and recreation.
This meeting is part of the board's ongoing legislative responsibilities, refining regulations and addressing community needs through the consideration of new and revised ordinances.
