This weekend, Covington offers a variety of events for residents and visitors. Covington Parks and Recreation will host a Movie Night at Hands Pike on Friday, featuring the film "If." Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets, with snacks and drinks provided at no cost.

On Saturday, the first-ever Pollinator Market will take place at the Covington Pollinator Garden on MLK Jr. Blvd. Organized by Covington Parks and Recreation in collaboration with Olla, the event aims to educate participants about pollinator gardens and their importance. Visitors can learn about native pollinator plants in Covington and meet eco-friendly vendors.

The Kenton County Public Library's Covington Branch will host the Gods and Goddesses Ball on Saturday evening. The event invites people of all ages to dress as mythical or religious figures for a night of dancing, magic, food, and fun.

The Kentucky Symphony Orchestra is set to begin its summer series with a free concert at Devou Park Amphitheater on Saturday. The performance, titled Williams’ Wonderous World, will feature music from films scored by John Williams. A shuttle service will be available from Covington Catholic High School for $1 each way.

Additional events throughout the weekend include live music performances at various venues such as Behringer-Crawford Museum, Madison Live, Smoke Justis, Galaxie, Juniper’s, Madison Theater, The Rooftop at Madison Theater, West Sixth Brewing Covington Haus, Purrfect Day Cat Café, Handzy Shop + Studio, Braxton Brewing Co., Crafts & Vines, Ripple Wine Bar, Firehouse at Covington Yard.
