COVINGTON, Ky. – The upcoming weekend in Covington promises a variety of events coinciding with St. Patrick's Day and a full moon eclipse in Virgo. Festivities will include live music, art exhibits, and community activities.
Residents can look forward to the Kenton County Cooperative Extension Seed Giveaway at the Kenton County Public Library on Friday. Each household can receive up to eight packs of seeds by presenting proof of residency.
Creative House of Art & Design will host its Full Moon Fest on Friday, featuring tarot and palm readings alongside cocktails inspired by the Full Blood Moon in Virgo. Attendees are encouraged to embrace change as suggested by soothsayers at the event.
St. Patrick's Day celebrations will take place across several venues, including a bar crawl with Braxton Brewing Co., The Well, and Old Towne Tavern on Saturday. Molly Malone’s Irish Pub & Restaurant will host events both on Saturday and Monday.
