Jill, a native of Covington and a graduate of Beechwood High School, found love and companionship in Dwayne Cain, with whom she shared a life blessed with Tonya and Steven. Through her successful career at CitiBank and her cherished friendships, Jill found joy spending time at the horse barn and celebrating Saint Patrick’s Day like no other. However, her true radiance shone in the presence of her beloved grandchildren. They were the light of her life, giving her boundless joy, and the title of Gigi suited her perfectly.
Jill approached life with unrestrained passion—her laughter, embraces, and tales were all part of the essence of her being. Her family held a special place in her heart, and she was an unwavering defender of their well-being. A nurturing Mama Bear, a devoted Gigi Bear, a protective Sister Bear, a loving Daughter Bear, and a steadfast Friend Bear—Jill epitomized warmth and strength, embodying both tenderness and fierceness as needed.
In remembrance of Jill, she is reunited in heaven with her parents, Neil and Patricia Bain, and her husband, Dwayne. Left to honor her legacy are her children, Tonya and Steven; her sister, Paula (Rick) Meyers; her brother, Mark; her grandchildren, Cohen, Shawn, Aria, and Ella; and a cherished circle of friends who shared a bond akin to family. May her passion serve as a guiding light for all.

An Irish Eulogy:
Raise your glass in one last toast For one who lived so well, Let stories flow like wine, engrossed, Of triumphs that they tell. For Irish hearts, they never break, They simply overflow, With love that lingers, for love's sake, From those you've had to let go. So raise a glass to memories sweet, Through laughter, tears arise, For down some golden street, we'll meet, Where love shall never die.
