Mitchell Rylee puts up 7 points and 4 rebounds during Thomas More Saints’ clash with Indianapolis Greyhounds

On Wednesday, December 11, Mitchell Rylee, the former standout Covington Catholic High School athlete, took the court in the Thomas More Saints’ 73-to-69 loss to the Indianapolis Greyhounds.

The 6′8″ junior forward put up seven points, four rebounds and four assists in 22 minutes of action.

Rylee was not the only former Covington Courier area athlete to play in Wednesday’s game. Former local star Grant Disken played for the Indianapolis Greyhounds.

Disken, a 6′0″ graduate guard from Covington Catholic High School, registered three points, three rebounds and three steals in 29 minutes.

Up next for Rylee and the Saints: on Saturday, December 14 at 1 p.m., Thomas More plays against the Tiffin Dragons on the road.

Disken and the Greyhounds host the Grand Valley State Lakers on Monday, December 16 at 7:30 p.m.
