In Covington, Kentucky, the Halloween spirit is alive with numerous events set to captivate residents and visitors alike. The festivities kick off with Covington Parks & Rec’s Pumpkin Carving Night at David Housley Pavilion in Randolph Park. Participants can carve pumpkins provided at the event and display their creations at Saturday's Jack-O’-Lantern Festival, which includes a costume contest, games, and more.

For those interested in exploring eerie tales, the Spooky Secrets Tour offers a guided stroll inspired by Kathryn Witt’s book "Secret Cincinnati: A Guide to the Weird, Wonderful and Obscure." Led by Jill Morenz of Aviatra Accelerators, this tour supports women entrepreneurs while entertaining participants with spooky stories.

Live Action Role Play enthusiasts can attend an event called The West at Juniper’s. Participants will engage in role-playing within a fictional Wild West setting.

On Saturday, Elizabeth Watkins leads the Spooky Sip & Stitch embroidery event at Purple Paisley, Local Artisan Shop. Attendees can enjoy a unique crafting experience.

Braxton Brewing Company hosts its Halloween Party & Costume Contest on Saturday with prizes for best costumes and activities on their LED Dance Floor. Additionally, Queen City Cabaret teams up with The Carnegie for "I Put A Spell On You: A Creepy Cabaret," featuring jazz standards and cult classics performed by local artists.

The MainStrasse Bar Crawl will feature 20 venues offering themed drinks and entertainment. Participants include The Standard, Paddy’s on Main, Zazou, Juniper’s, among others.

Music lovers have plenty of options with performances across several venues including Madison Live and Smoke Justis throughout the weekend. Additional events include library trick-or-treating at Kenton County Public Library and art exhibits like “Familiar Faces” at Behringer-Crawford Museum.
