Shealyn Hoehn's exhibit "Tying Loose Ends; and Notes on String Theory" debuts at Pique Gallery, showcasing approximately 1,000 hand-knit newborn hats. Hoehn describes the exhibit as a "meditative process," which helped her handle chronic anxiety and grief.
A historical engagement opportunity is set for Saturday at the Kenton County Public Library's Latonia Branch. The event invites residents to contribute items to a time capsule, which will be opened in 2075. Former news anchor Evan Millward will host, with assistance from NKU Norse Media students who will record video pitches for each submitted item. The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the time capsule dedication is planned for May at Covington Central Riverfront.
