This weekend in Covington, Kentucky, offers a range of events catering to diverse interests. The Backwoods Literary Press will host a reading at Artmarkit featuring "Discarded: A Rural Anthology," which includes contributions from 63 artists across 27 states. This event aims to preserve and expand narratives about rural areas and small towns.

West Sixth Brewing is set to open its new location in Covington, offering free ceramic steins to the first 100 guests along with beer specials and exclusive merchandise. The brewery originated in Lexington in 2012 and has expanded to other locations including Louisville and Frankfort.
